1. Acceptance of Terms By registering, accessing, or using Starlet SMS Pro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms. 2. Services Provided Starlet SMS Pro offers bulk SMS messaging, campaign management, analytics, and integrations with local and global carriers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with notice. 3. User Responsibilities Ensure all SMS content complies with applicable laws, including Kenya’s Communications Authority regulations and international anti-spam laws. Do not use our platform for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Obtain proper consent from recipients before sending messages. 4. Payment and Billing All payments must be made in advance via approved channels (e.g., M-Pesa, bank transfer). Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refunds Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Unused SMS credits may be eligible for partial refunds upon account cancellation. 6. Data Privacy We respect your privacy. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including compliance with Kenya’s Data Protection Act and international standards like GDPR. 7. Service Availability While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

Limitation of Liability Starlet SMS Pro is not liable for: Delays or failures in message delivery due to third-party carriers. Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Users may cancel their account at any time. 10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Nairobi.
